My process is simple: raw gesture first, meaning after. The canvas gets manhandled. The message shows up in the lines. And I let the viewer meet the work the same way I created it — directly, without polite introductions.

I’m drawn to scenes, sounds, and memories that hit hard and stay with me. They leave impressions that show up later in the work, sometimes clearly, sometimes buried under instinct. My themes shift between identity, pressure, contradiction, & human behavior — the things we don’t always say out loud.

My early years — the Cancel Culture period, the first sketches, the start of Brutalist Figuration — were all about finding honesty in the mark. No filters, no overthinking. Just emotion, tension, and whatever needed to come through my hand at that moment.
