So much truth to this statement on the basis of morality.
Today, I spent 20 minutes lying in a sunbeam on my dining room floor.
I knelt down to pick something up and felt compelled to lie down and release all the tension I felt within.
Protect your peace in any way you can. It matters more than you think.

But kindness is one of the few things we carry that can make a difference for each other.
