I recently started working more with one or two ink colors to improve my storytelling

I also make colorful ethereal illustrations sometimes
Lineart in black and red of a girl sitting on a gothic canopy chair (it has a very tall back and a canopy on top. The overall shape looks like a box). Another girl is lurking behind the chair. The text says: His house is a glorious mess of antiques that pique his immediate interest. Among them are three odd chairs. One, which he favors above others, was renovated into something reminiscent of a gaming chair. One throne-like piece was placed in the living room which he has visitors sit on, regardless of who they are. One, the grandest and no doubt rarest of them all, was exclusively reserved for comrades, per an unspoken rule amongst frequent visitors. Reference sheet of a human-like porcelain doll with porcelain white skin, black sleeveless knee-length A-line dress with pearls forming a flower at the hem, and pearls necklaces. She also wears black opera gloves. She dons a black mouth-cover and her eyes are closed in a relaxed manner. There is another illustration of her small doll form. Fanart of Emily Dyer in her Duskfall outfit. She seems unconscious and is lying back, seemingly floating in the air. A spider lily is pointed at her neck. Fanart of Emily Dyer dancing. The color scheme is blue-pink and the background has peonies, a castle and a banner "she once was a true love of mine". Overall the artwork looks whimsical.

There was a discussion about how old-era DeviantART differed from modern social media, and a lot of things ticked

I interacted genuinely with artists to make friends. Photographers, artists in other medium, etc... skill level didn't matter at all

Now everything feels transactional

Deoxys loves stationeries and wanted a pen holder for his fountain pens. He created one himself.

Although the result is sloppy, Deoxys is happy because it's "one of a kind"

PS: I love scribbling on the photograph. It feels therapeutic!

My mother gave me two empty mini bottles from her skincare stash. They look oddly like mini size inkwells!

Now I have an idea how to upcycle them! Antique inkwells are so beautiful!!

If you use or were considering using SAMMI, switch to a different program.

The new sole developer is extremely pro-AI, has already started using it in the code, and is in support of its use for genAI images as well. Everyone who protested this was told to leave the server and stop using SAMMI.
Chrizz, now the sole developer of SAMMI, saying: I want to clarify some things and I apologize ahead of time if this sounds rude. It's still work in the progress but since people seem to have complaints about allowing AI in SAMMI. AI has always been a thing in SAMMIs source code itself. SAMMI is a tool that allows the users to do whatever they want with it. The change the previous DEV Team made about forbidding AI art will be reverted, but there will be the necessity to let people know if you use AI art. I also will revert some other changes like the extension policy. Why am I doing this? It's easy, because every person should be able to decide on their own if they want to use AI or not as well as if they want to support AI. If you can not respect this decission, it's ok. Everyone can have their own oppinion about this and if your oppinion is different, feel free to no longer support or use SAMMI. Chrizz, now the sole developer of SAMMI, saying: since things are getting way more out of hand now, please read this and if you don't wanna use SAMMI when it allows AI and uses AI in the source code, please leave the server instead of getting rude in the lobby

Finally a figure friend to scale with Deoxys!
Deoxys is around 1.7m and Shaymin is 0.2m in the game so there's a huge gap!

I have never bought figurines before so the quality comes as a surprise! I love it!
