Started on some antidepressants two weeks ago and all I’ve done is sleep . Night and day if I’m home I’m sleeping , hopefully that eases up soon ! I feel completely useless just exhausted all the time !

Anyone here on Lexapro ?? Started them a few days ago and have had brain fog ever since .. should I take them in the evening maybe before bed instead of the morning ?

Learned something today from my niece .. if you’re ever at Dollarama and you hear “ security code (__)”. Over the loud speaker , it’s a recorded voice and means absolutely nothing !

Blood sugar has been going low in the middle of the night . I wake up in a sweaty mess feeling like crap. Probably need an adjustment to my meds again . More exercise in the warmer months usually causes it to dip . It’s one of the worst feelings ever ! 😞

Back to work today after two weeks off on sick leave it was that or quit . Blood pressure is better not fantastic, anxiety and stress have calmed down from what they were. Let’s see if I just needed a break or was it a new job, Time will tell !

I really want to go on holiday to a beach resort of some kind, adults only preferably, pools, all inclusive blah blah blah .It would be a solo trip though and that worries me I’ve really only ever travelled domestically. Any recommendations or input would be appreciated! Jamaica , DC , Thailand? 🤷♂️

Starting 2025 with the flu / a cold. Ended up leaving work at noon yesterday because I felt like crap, have never needed to do that since being hired. I Was in bed by 9:30. Feel completely drained today and finally, I’ve had to cancelled my annual New Year’s Day dinner. Great start to the New Year

My landlord had the damn nerve to ask me If I could pay rent early because she’s going away for Christmas! Like my January rent, she wanted next week l ! Her reasoning she does not want to pay someone to be in the office Jan. 2nd to collect rent. 🤯

Going out for Chinese tonight with my best friend and her family for our Christmas then back to my house for presents, before she leaves for the holiday . It’s become an annual tradition !
