Would potentially ask owners of Fox Recovery Center or Zia Recovery in Las Cruces as I know both own what I believe would be classified as SFH in LC. Curious their thoughts. Generally in support the spirit of the bill, but as always unintended consequences are a thing :/

Do we know how this would affect halfway houses or recovery centers that buy homes for those in recovery or transitioning from institutions?
