From today until April 1, I'm Hallsworth Visiting Professor at University of Manchester. I will give a seminar on psychoanalysis, geography, and the environment and organize a symposium on "enjoying climate change" with Erik Swyngedouw. Today starts our conference on apocalyptic anxieties, hosted by the Institute for the Humanities at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver. The conference brings together psychoanalysts, political theorists, and social scientists from various orientations to examine contemporary apocalyptic anxieties.
