i kinda hate that cause endos that know how to even approach hrt chronically underdose but like, that's why i just say otc
no clean answer but like a) im not a doctor so dont take my word on exacts and b) what we have now sucks!! for no reason!!!

the asterisk is mostly re: stuff i'm not super familiar with, namely "how potentially dangerous can otc stuff be" mostly in regards to, like, overdosing
it should at minimum be "hello primary care doctor. hrt me" and their only input is making sure dosages are safe -
