Hahaha I have no skills in making it. But I can make a floor plan in my mind and in an art pad. But man I remember how it was set up. A bit cramped but it was the first time I had my own room growing up. I recall my TV. The placement. The wall color the window. The view all of it.

Do what you need and relax how you need. You don't need to be at every con.

I used to use a spare joycon as my hot key buttons. Was a good fit and quick to memorize.
