I had three days in a row of physical activity (walking, standing, sitting) and I’m hella feeling it, however, it’s more like I’m sore from doing things than it is pain. Except my left knee cause that’s cronchy af. I proved to myself I could do it tho. Am I ready for an Austin FC match?

I’m at 7 weeks post-op and healing well! PT is focusing in restoring proper function in my quads and hammies. I’m already excited to have my left knee replacement done next month. Woo!
