I like to talk about and draw Creatures as well as the Objects ( from the shows and whatnot ). I also love those little indie block games hosted on that stupid block platform that I hate.
I can't think of anything else I wanted to say, so this concludes my rant. I try not to vent post online like this anymore, but I just really needed to get my thoughts out and couldn't think of a better place to send it. Feel free to reply if you agree or have had similar experiences.

But the uncomfortable truth is that practically everyone is none the wiser. Especially not my parents or other family members, who are even less familiar with and thus more susceptible to this kind of thing.

I /want/ the power and self-control to be able to say "Alright, that's enough of that" and simply stop what I'm doing, I don't Want to go off the grid entirely but I just Wish I had more discipline. I wish someone could have taught me the limits, shown me how to regulate this sort of thing.

I grew up with this technology, I was given my first phone at the impressionable age of 5- a terrible mistake with good intentions, in retrospect- and while I'm making progress, I feel like this is just an inescapable pit that keeps pulling me back in no matter how hard I try to claw my way out.

Truly the Convenience of technology is both its greatest strength and its greatest weakness. It is more convenient than ever to access mentally productive activities; It is more convenient than ever to access mentally detrimental activities.

But it's just so Ridiculously easy for me, even easier than on a phone. I don't Need to download youtube, or social media apps, they're right there in my browser, the same browser I'm using to look up art references or listen to background music.

If I want to engage in my hobbies of digital art or video games, I Need my computer to be on. Then, an infinite stream of stimulation is just a click away. I'm often watching Youtube when I Should be focusing my attention on what I'm doing. I Should have the room to think in silence, but I Don't.

Why join a local club with a handful of members when you can chat to anyone online? Why go to a theater when you can simply stream a film? Why commute to work when you can work at home?

It's near Impossible to cut off using computers or other smart devices Entirely today, they have intruded into and even to some extent Usurped physical spaces as Social, Work, and even Personal Places.

I believe that this is due, at least in part, to how intertwined computers have become with different forms of work, especially post-pandemic. So people associate spending time on computers as "more productive" than mobile devices, despite them harboring the same addictive dopamine sources.

I've followed these such guides and, while they do help with my phone screentime to an extent ( especially when I don't bring a charger or have reliable internet access ), the time I have spent on my phone has always Paled in comparison to what I spend being on my Pc.

See the fin placement is one thing, but now consider that, having allocated more of the shark body to the "tail" portion, you have created... Two spinal cords
