Pictures of the city at dusk give me such a feeling of nostalgia and bittersweet loss. I think I'll be taking more pictures in the future like this.

Here are some of my biological field journal entries! All but the bullfrog are using alcohol marker entirely; the bullfrog has alcohol marker as the outline but is watercolor. It was so much fun to make these.
A field journal entry about a mushroom growing out of a very rotted piece of white birch wood. It was incredibly small in person. A bullfrog painting. They have incredibly loud calls and are known for eating anything that can fit in their mouths, including other frogs. Several illustrations of a Rosy Maple Moth. They look almost fake as they have pink and yellow coloration. While fairly rare, I saw several different males. Illustration of various parts of a Brown Bullhead. Their skin is incredibly soft and smooth. It feels like if fish has skin instead of scales, with all the mucus still. I got to pet him. He was missing a Barble, a sensory organ that aids many catfish and other bottom dwellers explore their surroundings when in the dark or murky waters.
