but it's not doing anything wrong with AI either. it hasn't stolen art, or voices, and people were hired for the same role they would've been in without the AI involvement.

again, don't get me wrong, i don't like it. but can we not act like it's super terrible or whatever

like don't get me wrong, the use of it in the finals at least (i haven't played arc raiders i don't like extraction shooters) is extremely pointless. they hired VAs to train an AI model on their voices when they could've just... had them record a bunch of lines.

i mean i know why this was such a common "criticism". when people dislike something, they'll find even more and even smaller things to justify their dislike. if that dislike isn't their own opinion, they tend to just make things up to justify how they feel.
