Minting a publication on Blockchain is a powerful way to prove ownership and timestamp your creative work. I recently minted my latest zine, Quantum Dawn: Light of Synthesis Volume 3, using MetaMask (mobile version).

This issue is my biggest one yet. Really enjoying and learning from this experience.
I had originally planned to drop the first issue in July/Aug this year, but had some important lessons to finish learning before I could move forward with my intentions. Grateful for the journey.

Reflection is Veneration was showcased at the #Blockchain Futurist conference this week. This provided an opportunity to showcase ongoing explorations of novel systems and future-oriented vision within a broader technological context.
We are more than ‘urban’ typecast AI visuals. I have spent years working through data sets, and training LORAs to allow imaginative futures to thrive in blockchain space and beyond. Blockchain is where I primarily reside, and want more people to realize is a space available to them to flourish.

I then thought about the fact that so many people want to speak for me, use my voice and literal lived identity as their own, or claim that people like me don’t exist (Afro Indigenous who were brought to the US and are connected to the Indigenous peoples of this continent) and they paint it one way.

One of my major goals this year was to be showcased in the US. My heart was overwhelmed with abundance to have my work come home to Africa last year and this year, after being made to feel it would be impossible without support through institutional means. It’s healing to have my work appreciated.
