This is a juvenile Sharp-shinned Hawk.
You can tell by the square-cut tail and the small, rounded head. The "bug-eyed" look (large eye centered in the head) and the very thin legs are also classic field marks for a "Sharpie" rather than a Cooper's Hawk. The yellow eyes and brown streaking confirm i
