I revisited some menu screens. I implemented keyboard controls for your coop partner (it will utilize the secondary keybindings). I also made the button prompts display Keys AND game pad button prompts! #screenshotsaturday

This #screenshotsaturday I added shallow water, because I thought the water looked kinda refreshing and I wanted to give the player the opportunity to wade and splash around in it!

My recent goal has been to make sprites for every entity in the game, and I'm REALLY close now! For this #screenshotsaturday I want to show the new door that actually swings open, as well as the campfire! It feels so satisfying to go through the whole game and not see a placeholder cube 😀 #monogame

Progress has been made on the coop mode of my game! The camera now focuses on both players at once. Players can be revived at checkpoints, which would have been showcased had I not been bad at my own game lol

I can't believe how different my game can look in just one week! The og tilset was starting to make eyes bleed so I spent a little time going back to fix it! I added a some sprites to the signs to help guide the player, as well as deliver jokes.

Just in time for #screenshotsaturday! I implemented some sound and some (placeholder) music! I also added some sign posts that the player can read if they touch them and press E. There is also a skunk now :3

I get feedback from my friends about the game being too hard sometimes. Clearly the correct response to this is to add the ability to pet Ludwig to soothe him during the difficult levels (and to spawn bonus hearts)!
