This is picture thread taken on (15/8/2023) of my journey from Brighton to Leeds. (HST trip Part 1)

Starting the day off with Gatwick Express Class 387226 and Class 387203 would take me from Brighton to Victoria first as 1M43.

I have seen there are people get more interaction or post over here than Twitter or the opposite. Assuming that you have to really really commit.
I can’t unfortunately because people I have met are on Twitter side but haven’t move to Bluesky.

But then again maybe because Twitter had way more time to grow its user base and more people use it because it has more head start than threads and Bluesky.

I found it annoying because I want to look at other languages post from like Japanese train otaku (or train nerds in English). But I feel like I rarely get that there. Even in here.

Threads feels like everybody who ask a random question with no tags can just pop off and attract people. Bluesky kinda isn’t. But Threads are also kinda brain dead and I have been constantly receiving Cantonese post rather than English…

If only Bluesky have a for you or have the discovery page have a better algorithm thingy. I would love to use Bluesky more to get feeds that I feel related too. Cuz this is something similar to Threads…

Idk why I never mentioned this. But I this all in an entire day. Well from afternoon til night time lol.

The /2, /5 and /7 were the difficult ones, but it’s mostly due to how little amount of them were out and the timing on where they are at the time to catch them.

Since my 377 streak broke thanks to a class 700 and I wasn’t willing to end the year with it. So I did a quick trip down to London to ride every single Southern class 377 variant. Including @serailway.bsky.social’s class 377/5!

Due to last night’s mass disruption across the London area last night. I didn’t have a choice and took a Class 700 back to Brighton for my own safety with a change at Gatwick’s meaning my streak for only getting 377s into and out of Brighton for the entire year is over……

It’s every time like this I am always reminded to move away from Twitter but I can’t. I am literally stuck there because a majority of the people I follow are not moving to Bluesky at all.
Twitter is too big to fail, there’s no way to bring it down...
