"Will we need to update all our keywords in #GoogleAds to lower-case to align with #PiwikPro ’s reporting?" => Thou shalt never have case mixes in Google Ads in the first place! Google treats them case-insensitively, but they cause a problem bc PP can't match mixed-case keywords.

Yes, just keep pushing tracking changes live completely untested. And close down the staging environment while at it. "There may be need to emphasize when things shouldn't go live. Our Continous Integration setup envisions every finished feature goes live asap..." #ContinuousIntegration

Recently, #PiwikPro added the "description" field for Custom Dimensions. But instead of going into 8 Sites to edit the descriptions for 60 CDs each (480 edits), just edit them once in ur blueprint site & then sync to the others (30 seconds). With #PiwikProManager. Free! github.com/loldenburg/p...

On Oct 25, #Google suddenly delivered 10 times the normal daily budget in their #YouTubeAds. So instead of 2500 EUR, the client suddenly spent 25k! Google's explanation is a bit laughable: "no further impact".

You write to #Adobe CH because a client wants to extend their contract. For several weeks, you only get answers like "I'm currently on vacation", "please write to XYZ", etc. So many people working there, does not seem like anybody is doing any work there. Not the first time!

If you move to #Server-Side Tagging, don't just assume that vendor endpoints always work. That is far from the reality. While it was not so easy to configure to regular email schedule, #Tealium Server-Side's connector performance dashboard closes this gap for me at a client nicely.

Main client switched from Slack to Teams a year ago and I can't count how much time and how many nerves I lose every day because of how shitty, clunky, unorganized and inconsistent Teams is. #weeklyRant

When #PiwikPro started throttling their API this year without giving client a proper way to prepare or test for this, they told me that I could use the X-Retry-After header in the response to handle when to trigger the next request... Turns out this header always contains "0" and is thus useless.😑

An URGENT pixel request on Friday for a campaign that's to launch on Monday. The "pixel" is a request to domain A which loads an entire #GoogleTagManager container onto the page which in turn could load anything onto the page... :D Atm it "only" loads ... (tbc)
