Dr. Who should’ve had a random janky point and click adventure game in the 90’s like discworld.

Maybe I just haven’t had square pizza from the right places. But I’ve never eaten a square slice as good as a typical classic triangle.

Recently was able to finally grab a vinyl copy of Underscores’ Wallsocket. Such a good album.

The conversation with the deserter is the best written thing in a video game by a pretty wide margin in my opinion. Never fails to hit me emotionally. The Phasmids dialogue is up there too though.

I have rewatched the Plastic Beach video a lot. It’s My favorite Gorillaz record so an hour and a half of info about it is always right up my alley.

Finally got my hands on a copy of Wallsocket recently. One of my favorites of the 2020’s.

Kalshi is clearly a metastasized stage four cancer of imperialism. Hell their ads on my mobile game have a tagline “legal in 50 states.” if you have to say that….

An overworld (the town) that connects a series of dungeons (apartments, hospital, prison/labyrinth, hotel) in which you solve puzzles and fight bosses.

Same goes with more recently where every horrible thing he does is just “a distraction from the Epstein files” and not just him also doing horrific shit that he has openly been claiming he wanted to do.

My take on him more broadly is that he can be a good source to find new records via his loved list, but his actual ability to critique is sub-par for someone who’s career is critique. Especially when it comes to lyrics. he is just awful at parsing what lyrics mean, especially sub-textually.
