Guided By Voices Do The Collapse Album cover, a cube of crushed metal, apparently was a vehicle, that is mostly blue with yellow on the mid left border and in the center. All centered in a white background with name and title below the image. Not their best work (n.b. that is the live version of “A Salty Salute”) but a representative sample produced by Ric Ocasek whose production credits are stellar and whose work as the frontman for The Cars created some all time greats. His creative work gives Boston a lot of wiggle room for some of the more egregious slights it has been responsible for and that’s all I have to say about that.
