It sure what the timeframe is on this stock move, but in all fairness the whole utility sector was down badly this week in part due to FERCs decision on co-located loads in PJM. Major utility stock were down by 10%

Keep the max hydro level the same, use wind and solar alongside hydro during the drier months and end up with a longer period where the hydro resource is available.

Inertia as a grid service has value and should probably be compensated for it. If the $$$ were there, converting retiring conventional gen to syn-con would be great way to keep that inertia on the system.
