Know he didn't score but the fact he was getting chances and involved so much more means we can still chalk this up as positive momentum for Ollie. Or maybe that's the optimistic take. #avfc

Despite the awful start, only 3 points down on the same set of fixtures from last year. Always felt today could be 4 nil either way. Their set up suits us I think.

Very very flat. Pau's passing radar is well and truly off. We let big period of games pass us by quite often under emery. Would be my only real point of criticism with his tactical approach. #avfc

Don't like to say it but Guessand was absolutely terrible tonight. If he can get on the pitch consistently but Elliott can't make a squad only gives credence to the conspiracies.

Only 5 points down on the fixtures from last year now which feels like a respectable gap considering how bad we've been up until this run. Torres and Konsa a big part of this revival for me. Super pleased for Buendia. #avfc
