Since the New Testament words we equivocate to ministry are charism (exercise of the spiritual gifts - Rom 12, 1 Cor 12, and Eph 4) and diakonia (waiting tables and serving food), how can we reframe the ministry of the church and shift the expectation of those we call ministers?
