IDEA: With over 20 million assault rifles, here’s a way to track them. Require registration (with significant annual fee) with the reg you get a tracking device. Alarms cops if in no gun zones. If caught without registration, penalty (5 yrs?) Costly? Yes, paid for by high reg fee. Just a thought!
