Tears in my eyes at the end of this! Almost 7 minute PR for me!
My last race in the spring was 20 minutes slower and was an awful race - I almost didn’t want to keep going cause of how bad I felt.
I showed up for myself and continued the training; 4 half’s in 1 year and PR!

I hope everyone gets a chance to one day have an animal like Ollie who loves you unconditionally.
Worked all day today; then had to run after so didn’t see him for almost 12 hrs; was stretching and he laid on my back and started purring so loudly.
He’s the best boy 🐈⬛
