From the biggest influencer to the smallest artist who's getting their start, everyone deserves a chance to play on a level playing field & succeed with enough hard work & dedication to take to the skies like the massive inflation that's happening at the moment thanks to Zohran.

As we head into the final month of 2025 & into 2026, we need to come together to build not only a Fandom where everyone who plays by the rules & puts in the effort can not only survive but thrive, but an internet ecosystem that's being increasingly controlled by a few tech broligarchs.

Thanksgiving isn't not what tradition says it should be, it's what you make of it. That applies to the current state of this country & abroad & especially in the Fandom, where people have found friends, community & partners that last a lifetime as chosen families which save lives.

I'm thankful for all the people helping out, from immigrant farmers who grow the food to the volunteers distributing it to those with the least, especially when the threat of starvation is over tens of millions due to those at the top wanting even more on top of their expansive hoard.

I also want to highlight the trauma of so many in the community who are forced to be at the dinner table with those who have hurt them if there even is one in the first place, being constantly reminded that they don't belong when they should be accepted in the first place.

That karen in a car who thought she's the center of attention thinking I was taking a photo of her & threatening me if I didn't delete it should know that the Rutgers Progressives & Young Democratic Socialists of America are behind me & this campaign for a better & more just world

I hope I can honor Marsha P Johnson's memory as I put Artists over Algorithms fighting for working Furries against the big tech broligarchs who seek to exploit creators for their AI slop, promoting those who grift & exploit while silencing hard working people trying to make an honest living.

His final line, "In a time of darkness, New York must be the light." is what the Fandom needs right now. We have built a community where marginalized groups struggling not just survive but thrive, but this dream hasn't been extended to everyone, especially during the cost of living crisis.

This is the story that I & many others have gone through & it's a shame that the Fandom is regressing to the bigotry that it started to oppose, with the internet which while connecting us also made those connections depersonalized especially to bigots who seek to bring others down.

Despite the Fandom preaching about equality & inclusivity, too many blue dogs (both literal & figurative) have often pinkwashed while ignoring struggling queer youth facing financial & emotional problems from MAGA trolls or worse outright engaging in it themselves.
November 20, 2025 at 9:29 PM
His words "even among the queer community, trans New Yorkers were excluded", "Yet no matter what hardships she faced, Sylvia Rivera advocated for others." & "The Christopher Street Pier is like our city, a place of immense contradictions." really touched me in a way no other politician has before.
