They are actively updating the DeepSeek filtering on the official hosted version. I got answers for a couple questions (on Tiananmen Square and CCP) last night, and got “sorry I’m not sure how to approach this” today. I got the same result both days when asking “What is Tiananmen Square”

Tried steaming the taro again today and it was much more successful! Had issues making the crepes, but all in all it came together nicely! Sitting in the refrigerator and I can’t wait to taste it tomorrow. Film video just need to edit it

Learned some of the irritation is due to the crystals in the raw root & it only breaks down w/ proper cooking. I did not properly cook them, discovered this when tasting the filling for the Mille Crepe. Trying again tomorrow, hopefully with 100% less shards of glass in my mouth. Tasted good though

Decided to try making something with Taro for the first time. I regret not heeding warnings and using gloves while handling. Irritating my skin a little bit (due to tiny spikey hairs). Still super excited to try something new! #taroroot #taro #baking
