My friends and I accompanied another friend of ours who felt ready to leave, then we saw this walking in.

The East Village of Des Moines had an actual group of white supremacists marching the streets this past weekend and cops did nothing.

This here? For stopping peaceful protestors. ACAB.

Today we packed the Iowa Capitol to protest HSB 242 which would remove transgender people from our civil rights code. Apparently, our voices bothered them and made it hard for them to focus.

Good.

Now to go back tomorrow and Thursday since the GOP’s obsession with genitals knows no bounds. 😡
