So far Silksong feels like Metroid Dread to me. Smoother action and faster pacing but the areas are so similar I can't differentiate between many of them. The plot is basically absent as well compared to the mystery black egg straight out of Super Metroid.

Google is a bad keeper of Android. The new "you need to give Google your ID for sideloadable apps" thing is a huge and disgusting overstep.

Something I've often observed about gamers is that they fucking love polish. It doesn't matter how derivative your game is, just make it shine like a diamond and they'll be showering you with 10/10s and GOTYs. And Hollow Knight is exceptionally polished.
