I was a wee lad when the film came out, and loved it. The Niagara Falls scenes in the movie had my mind set that my family and I needed to go to Niagara Falls. My parents booked a Niagara Falls vacation for us in... I want to say 1982?

That blog article mostly lines up with what I've experienced throughout MMOGs. If a MMOG has multiple servers, high population servers have many speed runners who only care about efficiency. Low population servers are cliquey and new players are on their own. Medium population is the sweet spot.

All of these games had PvE modes, two of them single-player. I never played PvP and had no intentions of ever doing so. Yet they are now no longer playable without installing a rootkit because of PvP. (4/4)

I enjoyed playing in PvE, added Easy Anti-Cheat with an update with a day's notice. I immediately uninstalled the game.
Today, Sega added Easy Anti-Cheat to Virtua Fighter 5 silently in an update, with no notification. I immediately uninstalled the game, and requested Valve to delete the (3/4)

I backed Stormgate at the "ultimate" tier on Kickstarter last year, which was to have a single player campaign, three player co-op play, and 1v1 and 3v3 PvP modes. There was no mention at all of any anti-cheat during the Kickstarter (1/4)
