The other option I was thinking would be putting a table like the image below or something similar. That way clients could calculate the price.
It is very rough, just to get the idea. The only bad thing about it is that it is very limiting. 😟

Yeah, with all the options it may become overwhelming.

I can only think of two solutions.

One, I cannot help with, if you know programming, it could be cool to have a form that auto updates the prices according to the option chosen. I do not know programming myself so I don't know how to do it.

-> I would list the prices next to each option. So it is easier to understand what the final price might be, without having to go to the price list. I think it may be more comfortable for costumers.

Overall, when I looked at your form it was really nice and easy to understand! I loved the pictures that show what you are choosing!😊
There are only two things I would personally change.
Twitter handle shouldn't be required, if you want costumers that do not have twitter.

El video está muy bien y estoy de acuerdo con lo que dices tú y lo que dice la chichilla.
También es refrescante ver videos con menos negatividad.

Personalmente creo que debería haber videojuegos de ambos tipos, de los que te pierdes y los que no. Para cuando te apetece un reto o solo relajarte.
