i also work a pretty boring job so I spend a lot of time thinking about what I wish i could be doing instead of working lol. maybe if you can, try to reduce your hours/find something part time to start giving yourself a bit more free time but not enough to feel lost

yeah it’s rough. i love having the structure of work/school so i don’t have to deal with decision paralysis and the stress is also a huge motivator for me. honestly the best thing I’ve found when I’m not working is to build some consistencies to help give myself some sense of structure in my day.

I agree whole heartedly. So much of the convenience around us comes at such a high cost. I’d rather live in a more difficult world than one where so many are exploited for frivolities.
