This profile pic is my weight loss photo. I lost 95 pounds. I have maintained this weight for years by not eating after 5 PM. I also don't have acid reflux any longer. I didn't have to limit my fats or carbs. I only needed the discipline to stop eating after a certain time. Not easy. But works.
