For all that, I would never subscribe to the idea that software developer as a human agent behind the code being written would become obsolete any time soon.
You still need a professional to make the tool (that LLM is), produce correct code.

For the very narrow definition of “machine generated” in that human never used the precise combination of keyboard key presses that produced the final lines of code that gets committed to the source code repository, has been a long time a reality of coding

This is BS argument. Disabling copy and paste on the site only works for annoying users. If some wants to copy the contents of the whole site, there are easier options than copy-paste.
