I know the future of Doctor Who is currently uncertain. BUT we do know thanks to the royal visit this week that the TARDIS set is still currently standing. Which probably wouldn't be the case if they weren't planning on going into production again very soon.

Ten years ago today I had my last interview for a job in the arts industry before I gave up & stayed in the civil service.

It didn't help that the theatre doubted my credentials while a giant poster of a show *MY WEBSITE HELD EXCLUSIVE PRESALES FOR* was on the wall behind them.

Face didn't fit.

Low key amused that someone I met before they were famous who was a bit of a dick to me that night also totally slagged off someone they're now working with on a regular basis to my face.

Sometimes I really don't miss being behind the scenes of showbiz.

3rd October 2025: Woke up in Geneva. Flew to Manchester. Got a train to Liverpool. Technically an 825 mile journey, because I wanted to get back earlier than originally planned to go to a gig.
