I was thinking hard about which CPU and Mobo you were running here, yet it took me 5 minutes to realize that you actually show the BIOS.
It's definitely possible to have weird/crazy ram setups with these. I have Xeon X3470 which I managed to get running with 24 gigs of random ram I had.

When I was building my Roommate's PC, I swtg I put in one of the ram sticks in and it turned on but it didn't beep or post...
I took both sticks out thinking okay one is dead, but which one? Long story short... Neither.

That's a problem with the rich and power hungry folk, they are not men, or women, they are NOT PEOPLE.

Maybe we wouldn't have a need for any international days to raise awareness if people simply knew how to behave.
