Another PR this week: squated 365 lb 💪
PSA: if you’re lifting at or over 315, TAKE THE WEIGHT OFF BOTH SIDES AT A TIME.
First time lifting this heavy and I had the barbell swing off the rack when I took the weight off the right side first😱
Learned a valuable life lesson.
