December update:

Given the programmer’s availability, we should have everything except the UI updated by the end of January. We are still working on the UI iteration, so hopefully it’ll be in a better spot soon.

August update:

All low poly models have been completed for the demo characters and classes; no more melting GPUs!

The rigger has finished new animations.

I've commissioned a modular terrain editor so I can build levels quicker.

The composer has completed two additional battle themes.

My apologies for the delay in updates. We are mostly done with the low-poly model revamp for demo characters, and work is underway for Chapter 1 story and stages. The UI is still pending an overhaul, though. Once we get with the last models and testing, we will push the newest version to Steam.

The newest build should* be coming out shortly.

Included in the patch are the following re-created graphical assets:

Parlan
Sian
Trees (the old ones were surprisingly detailed)

We’ve also added in the inventory and modified the UI for some quality of life adjustments.

We are reviewing our options to re-optimize our assets so the game stops causing significant GPU usage and hopefully reduce the number of crashes experienced by some players.

The newest patch is live on Steam.

Included is a small graphical update and additional tutorials.

We are continuing to work on the inventory system and hope to have that out shortly.

We just released a new patch with a fix for the FPS-related movement issue as well as some UI updates and re-recorded voicelines for Sergeant Collins. We look forward to hearing what y’all liked and what you think needs work.

We are working on an update to address stability and FPS-related mobility issues. We are also making some changes to the UI and updating the voice lines for Sergeant Collins.

We look forward to having this in place prior to Steam’s Next Fest at the end of February.

In a stunning display of technical aptitude, we’ve enabled the larger green “Demo” button on the Steam store so players don’t have to go hunting for it. It appears the default button is small and hidden.

We are working on our first patch as well, including a fix for issues with the third battle.
