My first thought was Samus but her jungles would be more of the alien variety... She's also like the least likely character to be in a group lol.

Oh, very nice. I always liked that art, the one time they actually thought about showing X's hair... This pic really makes me imagine them as part of an alternate universe where they get to be a trio.

At the end of the day I think F&C has been great for the Ooo cast as a quasi-sequel. But while I love Fionna & Cake... Hunter is a perfect character who always says the right thing, Fennel is whatever she needs to be in that moment, Marshal & Gary are boring, Flame is given so little character.

At the end of the day I think F&C has been great for the Ooo cast as a quasi-sequel. But while I love Fionna & Cake... Hunter is a perfect character who always says the right thing, Fennel is whatever she needs to be in that moment, Marshal & Gary are boring, Flame is given so little character.
Would I prefer more episodes? Obviously, everytime. But these seasons are the equivalent of 20 regular AT episodes so I think they could manage. Like you said, a more focused story that isn't bouncing so drastically between storylines would probably be enough imo.

Like there's been talk about about Fionna's world being normal as a major issue but I don't see that at all. The characters and their problems are just so one note. This season is all about Fionna's downwards spiral yet the resolution of that is mostly in a montage?! That's rubbish.

Well I've searched on bluesky and this is what I've found. I do indeed have thoughts! I like Fionna and Cake as characters but I think they are surrounded by a real weak cast who have so little going on that I'm bored to tears seeing them. Unfortunately the Ooo stuff is just so much more interesting

If I were to throw out a guess, I'd probably say one day I randomly remembered a hypno scene I watched when I was younger (like Daphne & ghost clown or Princess Sally) and that's when I became aware.

Very interesting question but I'm not sure if I know the answer unfortunately. I know when I became aware of it since I made a deviantart account around the same time after seaching (character name) hypnotised on google and seeing how often it brought me to deviantart. That was 7 years ago, neat.
