107 pound weight loss since March 14. 2024. Off Insulin, A1c from 9.4 to 4.9, no blood pressure meds for 7 months. Also cured myself of Sleep Apnea. The only things I totally gave up are :
Coke
Fried food.
Not a big sacrifice for the health benefits I have reaped. Note before and after pictures.
