Back in 2009, the first actual version of my Luxels project started. This was a series called "Pixie Dust"

Partly inspired by Melinda Green's idea behind the Buddhabrot, this was just the first conscious step on my journey.

In 2008 my journey to writing Luxels started with a very simple Processing script.

I wasn't expecting to still be working on it 17 years later, but am still thrilled whenever I make a new series with it.
