A reference showcasing the NSR OC, Ishtar, in two of their forms. There's two versions for each of these forms to show the change in palette from night (the purple-hot pink-almost white gradient) to day (the purple-pink-gold gradient). Their first phase is mostly fully human, & the second is a mix between human & alien (with the space patterns on their arms/legs, part of their face & ears showing, as well as a tail & clawed alien feet & hands, tentacle "hair", visible long fangs, glowing markings, tendrils along the base of their tail & back, & fin-like ears).
