One of many Cambridge street watercolours I did 30-40 years ago. Working on the spot uniquely preserves memories and feelings. The shop signs at that time in Green St were extravagantly beautiful and the passers by were sketched in quickly. Still have this one.

This is Coe Fen in Cambridge, a watercolour drawing from 1998. The tower in the middle distance is the Pitt Building and the other tower is the United Reform Church. This was done on the spot with watercolour and Indian ink.
