The federal government has been partially shut down since October 1, as Congress has failed to agree on a budget. While Congress continues to get paid, the American people, including some of our most vulnerable community members, don’t have their most basic needs met. This is simply unacceptable.

Pay attention to this one! It could end in a serious erosion of civil rights in the U.S.
Oral arguments were heard Wednesday at the Supreme Court in Louisiana v. Callais, seeking to limit the voting power of Black voters in Louisiana and to dismantle one of the few remaining provisions of the Voting Rights Act of 1965, Section 2, protecting against racial discrimination in voting.

No Kings 2 events are happening in Wilmington, New Castle, Newark, Dover, Georgetown, Lewes, Rehoboth Beach and Bethany Beach. Find the Delaware event in your area at the links below.
The "No Kings 2" national day of mobilization is coming on Saturday, October 18, 2025. In Delaware, events are planned in Wilmington, Newark, Dover and Georgetown, with likely more to come.
