Which side are you on? That is the direct question facing each and every one of us on this planet. We can’t make out like some shred of normalcy will take care of all this somehow. Especially since things were not exactly great when normalcy was ascendant. Time to choose rights and what is right.

The man lead a failed coupe attempt. The failures keep mounting along with the lies. But there he is. And the damage is permanent. But the midterms will set it all straight again. OK. The problem is not just about us being free. It is the crooks being free to seize power. A general strike is needed.

Change would be dreamy. It’s been called for my whole life. And i am really old. Instead we get constant drifting towards fascism. With some lunging. And the system now has ceded so much to the obscenely wealthy that comparisons to Moscow are just dumb. Shut down the rich. That is in our hands.

To me it feels like we’ve gone way past that to - how do we assert an entirely false reality? It’s 2+2=5 time up until it is deemed that 2+2=17.

And if the Democrats win will there be a governing process that can solve problems, or will it be about money flowing into the hands of a few hundred as has been the case for decades? Now the wealth is so staggering that they rule us without a needing a vote. And yes the fascism lives there.

There have been people getting error notifications when trying to vote. Myself included. It came down to needing to wait 24h before voting again, but it took some time to figure that out. I wonder if the issue exists across all populations and how many just give up.

Hearing him say this was nice, but seeing it in writing really drives home how remarkable it is. Especially when the human side of everything seems under threat these days.

If it can benefit from strengthening it could be fine. A big worry all the same for sure. But there is at least more known about this stuff than when Bird went through it. And Jak hasn’t been lying next to the bench or anything like that.

Definitely getting some pace back in their game tonight. Still missing around the rim too much for my liking, but not utterly miserable.

I mean my first reaction when this started was that it couldn’t possibly be something that registers, with just a sliver of the population needing to face a nontrivial matter that they should obviously be left to with doctors. Instead they made it all about the utter trivial BS of ignorant fucks.

I mostly agree, but damn, some level of competence has to be there. A full half of calls not happening on one side only requires some discussion. There is a real sense of the refs being utterly lost out there.

I gotta go back to Meathead and All in the Family addressing “reverse discrimination”. I was a kid and got sucked into the whole line of thought of two wrongs not making a right. But reaching adulthood and recognizing my obvious advantages made me feel like this shit has to stop. But it does not.
