It's illegal for the president to relieve student loan debt. It's completely fine for the president to unilaterally decide to have the head of a foreign nation black bagged on foreign soil.

We see ordinary people traveling to the USA being detained for being associated with "terrorist groups". We see innocent American citizens being shipped off to brutal prisons in El Salvador. We see a president who launches inflammatory economic policies at its allies for literally no reason.

Canadians are overwhelmingly avoiding the United States due to the political temperature, and I find myself among them. For the sake of my own safety abroad, but also to boycott a regime that engages in unacceptable fascist behavior, I'm choosing to support GDQ from home for the foreseeable future.
