this morning i spent hours agonizing over texting my friends to hang out and then i was so anxious at work i almost threw up but other than that i am totally fine!!!! thriving, even!!!!

this and spending my day off writing a document on how to do my job bc my boss hired someone yesterday without interviewing them and i trained them for 4 hours and today they’re working on their own 😍🤪
