That myth is part of the problem. The only parallel I am seeing is the hairdo. How many times has Mahomes wisely thrown the ball away to avoid sacks? Hundreds.

Steve: B/c of paywall, couldn't read your full article. I think key to what SCt will do is whether -- in wake of its affection for executive power -- it agrees with fn. 17 (pp. 34-35) of yesterday's CAFC decision re "major questions doctrine." If it takes Trump view, that's huge. Regards. Lyle.
