Just saw Wicked: For Good for the 3rd time and it hit just as powerfully as the 1st time, except that this time I found myself sobbing heavily at the end. For soooo many reasons.

Good news, friends in the internet void! I just found out after a year of battling and 7 months of treatment, I AM NOW CANCER-FREE! At least that's one piece of good news in this crazy world!

Yay! Last chemo DONE!

I've taken some leave from work to focus on recovery and have just one chemo left. Feeling pretty crappy for now, but hope that will ease up soon. Fingers crossed for healing and no cancer recurrence. 🤞

Rough weekend. Lost all my hair & feeling a little weak. I know I'll be okay and the hair will grow back, but I'm kind of tired of people acting like knowing it'll grow back somehow makes it less jarring. It doesn't.

Well...bad news is that I need to get chemo on top of radiation for my cance.
Good news is that my prognosis is still very good. Losing my hair will be a small price to pay to live.

My area is safe from fire though air quality is dangerous. My heart aches for those who've lost homes, jobs, loved ones, etc. & am thankful for the 1st responders & volunteers.
