Ural sachets....mostly bicarbonate of soda with lemon flavour added. 1 tsp of baking soda in a glass of water might ease things. Simmering pearl barley until soft, drink the water, can also help. Both taste a bit "interesting". Hope that helps until tomorrow.

Given the relentless strength and the very big gusts at times that is amazing. All is well here but some things looking worn but intact.

Heads up if you need blood tests this week....Awanui Lab in Johnsonville is closed so crowds at Porirua, other option is up at Kenepuru Hospital. Good luck with the very good Dr.

Not good for our city.
When we were told of this move we received no advice to shut our accounts on MMH. We were novices at this stuff and did nothing. Accounts are still on MMH with personal details, records etc but no clinician notes. I have shut my a/c but it takes 72 hours to action.👀
