I think that drawn diagrams can show things rather more clearly than photos of actual fabric that might be really confusing with things like - where is the edge - which side is the correct one etc. Videos can be awful to learn from because you have to pause & stop all the time. Just my opinion

Hemp paper is much better for books too - it is strong and lasts well - unlike paper from pine trees which goes brittle and yellow within a decade or two.

My hubby wanted to do some very old fashioned photographic processes (it’s his hobby) - it means coating paper & soaking it in stuff. Many processes just are not possible nowadays because the paper simply falls apart … photographic processes that used to be commonplace because they had hemp paper.

In Australia we just cook them in a nice Beef Wellington and all is fine 🤪 😈☠️
